We will provide you with a detailed checklist of all the information and documents we need from you to set up your company in the UAE. In the meantime, our dedicated team will take care of all the necessary formalities and applications for you and will take care of the communication with the local authorities.

Once we have received the required information and documents from you, we will incorporate your company in the UAE. Your personal presence is only required if you want us to incorporate a Mainland company for you. The incorporation process takes approximately 2-5 working days. We then provide you with all the company documents and prepare your visa process.

Your UAE Residence Visa opens up the possibility of tax-free residency and is necessary to open your private and business UAE bank accounts. We apply for your visa directly after we have established your company. You will then need to travel to Dubai in person for a few days to complete the process for your visa & Emirates ID here.

In Dubai, you will undergo a medical examination and your biometric data will be taken to apply for your Emirates ID. You are not allowed to leave the UAE until the immigration authorities have issued you with your residence visa. While the authorities are working, you can enjoy some sunny days in Dubai.

Once you have received your Residence Visa & Emirates ID, we will immediately apply for your business bank account with an established UAE branch bank on your behalf. With the opening of your business bank account, your company is immediately ready to operate. If required, we will also be happy to take care of opening your private bank account.

After your business has been successfully established, we are happy to continue to be there for you! No matter if you need to make changes, renew licences or apply for additional visas for family members. We are also happy to support you and your company with our comprehensive accounting services.
